Matt joined Summit Partners in 2005 and is a Managing Director on the Growth Products & Services team. His current directorships and investment experience includes a.k.a. Brands (NYSE: AKA), Beyond Risk, Halborn, Insurcomm, Patriot Growth Insurance Services, Quay Australia, RWA Wealth Partners (formerly Adviser Investments), Solo Brands (NYSE: DTC), Snap Finance and Vestmark.

Matt’s prior directorships and investments include EngageSmart (IPO, later acquired by Vista Equity Partners), Flow Traders (Euronext: FLOW), Focus Financial Partners (acquired by KKR and Stone Point Capital), Progressive Finance (acquired by Aaron's), Salient Partners and Telerik (acquired by Progress Software).

Prior to Summit, Matt worked for Senator Olympia Snowe in the United States Senate.

He received a BA in economics, summa cum laude, from Colby College.
