Stephen Melia

Stephen works with Summit’s portfolio companies and investment teams to help identify and recruit high-impact senior executives and board members, primarily in the technology sector.  

Prior to joining Summit, Stephen served as the Head of Talent for Vista Equity Partners’ Endeavor Fund, where he was responsible for building and maintaining the fund’s executive talent bench, as well as filling C-level positions within the portfolio. Previously, he was an Operating Partner at OpenView Venture Partners, where he focused on building out the firm’s people team function. Prior to OpenView, Stephen specialized in executing retained search for senior-level talent with roles at multinational firms True Search and Korn Ferry.

Stephen holds a B.A. in economics from Union College.
