Steven M. Cardillo

Steve is a member of Summit’s Peak Performance Group and works with management teams to help identify and execute growth strategies that build long-term value. Most frequently, he works with portfolio company leadership teams to support effective M&A initiatives within their organizations, spanning strategy, execution and integration.

Most recently, Steve was Vice President of Corporate Development at Continuum, a Summit portfolio company that provides a SaaS-based security management platform for IT service providers. Steve began his career as an Associate at Summit Partners, where he was actively involved in the firm’s investments in Continuum (acquired by Thoma Bravo; subsequently acquired by ConnectWise) and FleetCor Technologies (NYSE: FLT). As a member of Continuum’s management team, Steve was responsible for the company’s M&A, partnership and data analytics functions. He also served as General Manager of BrightGauge Software following Continuum’s acquisition of the business.

Steve holds a BS in management, summa cum laude, from Boston College.
