United Kingdom – One Point Advisory Services (“One Point”), a platform providing strategic guidance and support to regional accounting and independent financial adviser (“IFA”) firms across the United Kingdom, today announced a growth investment from Summit Partners. The funding will support One Point’s strategy to partner with or acquire like-minded regional service providers in the accounting and IFA markets, helping those firms maintain their independence while enhancing their capabilities and expanding their reach.  Existing investor Cow Corner will work alongside Summit to provide growth-focused support and insight to One Point’s partner firms.

One Point provides a long term, stable ownership model for operators of regionally focused accounting firms and IFAs, allowing partner firms to grow in their local markets without requiring simultaneous exits or necessitating integration into a national consolidator.

In a market where attracting and retaining top talent is key to long-term growth, One Point aims to support its partner firms’ investments in staff recruitment, professional development, and technology-driven efficiencies. With a commitment to becoming the leading and most trusted accounting and IFA firm for small and medium-sized enterprises (“SMEs”) across the UK, One Point helps its partner firms—known as “Regional Champions”—maintain their independence while providing them with a scalable platform for growth, succession planning, and partner incentivization. This model is designed to strengthen local firms and ensure that SME clients receive long-term, relationship-driven advisory services tailored to their unique needs.

To date, the One Point platform has completed 14 acquisitions and today serves over 25,000 clients and manages over £2 billion of client assets through partner firms such as Galloways, Mitchell Charlesworth, Pierce and Pembroke.

About One Point Advisory Services
One Point Advisory Services supports Regional Champion accountants and IFA’s who want to preserve their independence as leading firms in their local market rather than becoming part of a national firm.

It has invested in and supported Galloways since 2018 and Pembroke since 2019, making it one of the longest standing investors in the accounting and IFA industries. This long-term approach is designed to mirror that of the partners, staff and clients. It takes the benefits of making long term growth decisions while removing the barriers to investment that the LLP partnership model can bring.
