The funding will support One Point’s strategy to partner with or acquire like-minded regional service providers in the accounting and IFA markets, helping those firms maintain their independence while enhancing their capabilities and expanding their reach.  Existing investor Cow Corner will work alongside Summit to provide growth-focused support and insight to One Point’s partner firms.

One Point provides a long term, stable ownership model for operators of regionally focused accounting firms and IFAs, allowing partner firms to grow in their local markets without requiring simultaneous exits or necessitating integration into a national consolidator.
