Michael joined Summit Partners in 2005 as an Associate. Today, as a Managing Director, he focuses primarily on the technology sector. Michael’s current board and investment experience includes Clarabridge, Klaviyo (NYSE: KVYO), Later (formerly Mavrck), MacStadium, NetBrain Technologies, Sifted, Vestmark and Zenoss.
Michael's prior investments and directorships include Acacia Communications (NASDAQ: ACIA, later acquired by Cisco), Accedian Networks (recapitalized by Bridge Growth Partners, later acquired by Cisco), Anesthetix (acquired by TeamHealth), Diagnostic Hybrids (acquired by Quidel Corporation), Fermentas International (acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific), Hiperos (acquired by Opus Global), Logi Analytics (acquired by Marlin Equity Partners), Mi9 Retail (acquired by General Atlantic), and Telerik (acquired by Progress Software).
Prior to Summit, Michael worked for Prudential Capital Group.
Michael received a BS in finance and international business from Georgetown University.
